SYSTEM TERMS OF SERVICE

OPERATIONAL SCOPE

These Legal Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and Doom Stew, LLC (d/b/a Doom Stew, Doom Stew Records, Doom Stew Music, Doom Stew Productions, and Doom Stew Radio). Accessing our services—including the web domain, broadcast signal, and retail outlet—confirms your acceptance of these protocols. Doom Stew, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated system standards.

01. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASSETS

OWNERSHIP: Doom Stew, LLC owns or licenses all proprietary assets within the Services. This includes, but is not limited to: source code, database architecture, website design, audio/video content, typography, and trademarks.

LIMITED LICENSE: Users are granted a restricted, non-exclusive license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial, or internal business use. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution of Doom Stew assets constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate termination of access.

02. ACCEPTABLE USE PROTOCOL (AUP)

By accessing the infrastructure, you warrant total compliance with the following restrictions. Users shall not:

  • Data Extraction: Systematically retrieve data, scrape content, or use automated bots/scripts to harvest information.
  • Security Interference: Attempt to bypass access restrictions, reverse engineer software, or engage in unauthorized framing/linking.
  • Malicious Deployment: Upload viruses, Trojan horses, or use “spyware” and “web bugs” for unauthorized tracking.
  • Commercial Exploitation: Use the Services for unauthorized revenue-generating enterprises or to compete directly with Doom Stew, LLC.

03. USER CONTRIBUTIONS & LICENSING

When you post data, text, music, or comments to this platform, you certify that you are the sole intellectual property owner. By contributing, you grant Doom Stew, LLC an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, reproduce, and exploit those contributions for any commercial or promotional purpose. We reserve the right to remove or modify any contribution deemed inconsistent with our brand standards.

04. EXTERNAL NODES & AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

THIRD-PARTY LINKS: The Services may contain links to external nodes, advertising banners, or hardware partners. Doom Stew, LLC does not monitor or warrant the accuracy of external sites and is not a party to any transactions between the user and third-party providers.

AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE: This site operates via affiliate partnerships. We receive commissions for purchases made through affiliate links. Current partners include: Awin, CJ Affiliate, Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, and other listed networks. Participation in these programs supports the maintenance of the broadcast infrastructure.

Use of the Site is at the user’s sole risk. Doom Stew, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage incurred through system use or reliance on provided data.

06. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

Breach of these terms results in immediate revocation of access. We reserve the right to:

  1. Issue formal warnings.
  2. Remove infringing contributions.
  3. Terminate/disable user accounts.
  4. Initiate legal proceedings or notify law enforcement in cases of serious systemic interference.
