COPYRIGHT PROTOCOL (DMCA)

NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT

Doom Stew, LLC respects the intellectual property of creators and operates in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any material hosted on our infrastructure or broadcast via our signal infringes upon a copyright you own or control, you may file a formal notification of infringement.


01. FILING A TAKEDOWN REQUEST

To be effective, your “Notice of Claimed Infringement” must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent and must include the following:

  • Identification: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the works.
  • Description: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Location: Identification of the specific material that is claimed to be infringing (including the URL or specific broadcast timestamp/track title).
  • Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

03. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If your material has been removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or San Francisco, California if your address is outside the U.S.).

04. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Doom Stew, LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or artists who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
